Home grown food (no box stuff with perservatives), fresh meat right from the barnyard (no hormones), creamy milk right from the source, fresh air every day and long walks to absorb all that vitamin D from the sun? No TV, cell phones or other electronics that prevented our grandparents (mine & grandpa's) from becoming couch potatoes.Older people have many interesting stories to tell; they just need somenoe to listen to them.
